Cancellation Policy

Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment. No shows and the same day cancellation will be charged 100% of the reserved appointment. As a courtesy we do text or email a reminder to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to contact us and double check any appointment if you are unsure. If you call day of your appointment to reschedule due to being sick you will still be charged a cancellation fee your card on file will automatically be charged . While we understand unexpected things happen we may not be able to fill your appointment slot with someone else in time.
